Since 2004, I decided to focus solely on the real estate market following a distinguished career in corporate technology and real estate investment in Silicon Valley. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, from San Jose State University, and a Master's degree in Business Management, from the College of Notre Dame.

My success as a real estate professional stems from a philosophy of applying my values that are succinct with the home buying/selling industry to make my client's dreams come true.

•CONFIDENT – The conviction in my abilities and a connective knowledge with seasoned experience provide me with necessary tool to successfully navigate my client through any situation.

•COMMUNICATE – "Location, location, location" is a common real estate proverb and as important as "communication, communication, communication". My ability to make my client feels at ease through constant and consistent communication. Couple with my direct honesty with no mincing words and a priority to keep your interest above all.

•ORGANIZE – One of the most important ability and is a critical behavior that defines myself. This trait is even more essential in real estate as I must work with many clients and keep track of activities, such as developing marketing plans, promoting the property, negotiating prices, performing staging process, conducting open houses, showing homes, etc.

•RESULT ORIENTED – I am motivated to work hard and smart for my client. I stay focused on what my client’s true needs are and to guide them in their intended direction. This is done naturally to avoid placing unnecessary stress on my client yet still delivering the results to their satisfaction.

By providing superior service, realizing my client's goals through my knowledge and experience, and believing in my convictions so that my clients can have confidence in me. My results are far above the industry norm and speak for themselves. Ultimately, my clients become my advocates.
